Rooted in a Japanese healing, Reiki is a practice of channeling universal energy through the hands. This is a deeply restorative practice, supporting relaxation, balance, and renewal on all levels - body, mind, and spirit.
These sessions take place at The Yoga Shala, where you’ll be lying comfortably (fully clothed) while I gently place my hands either lightly on or just above your body. There is nothing to do - simply rest and receive.
You may also add on an intuitive Angel Card reading for an additional £15 and 15 extra minutes, please inform me of this add on before the day of your session.
Once you book in, I will contact you via email to arrange a date or time. If you would like to arrange a date or time prior to booking, please do so here. When you get in touch, we can also discuss package deals if you’d book multiple sessions in one.
